The booking process with deLush is designed to be easy.

Here’s how it works:

1. CHECK AVAILABILITY

If you’d like to book me for a specific date, please get in touch first to ensure that I have availability on your chosen date.

Otherwise go ahead and book your package and I'll be in touch to arrange a time that suits us both during my opening hours.

2. PAY ONLINE

After receiving email confirmation that I have availability, book your package online using the ‘book now’ button on the package you’d like.

You'll then be taken to pay via Debit/Credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay.

3. GET YOUR RECEIPT

Once you pay for your package, you’ll receive an automatic email receipt from me confirming that your payment was successful.

4. BOOK YOUR SESSION!

Your payment will trigger a notification for me that you’ve bought a package. I’ll reach out to you via email within 24 hours to book you in for your session! Woohoo!

How are payments processed?

All payments are processed via Stripe. Stripe Payments is an online payment processing platform. Millions of businesses of all sizes – from startups to large enterprises – use Stripe's software and APIs to accept payments and manage their businesses online.

Stripe powers the transactions of some of the biggest brands out there, including Lyft, Made.com, ASOS, Deliveroo, and Pinterest. (In fact, the company claims that 89% of all credit cards have been processed on a Stripe network at some point!).

Stripe is certified to the highest industry standards and has obtained regulatory licences around the world, meaning your payment is totally secure.

Why do I have to pay in advance?

For all services, full payment in advance of the initial session or block of sessions is required. I’ve implemented a ‘pay in advance’ system because after nearly 15 years in business, I find that the entire process goes most smoothly when clients pay in advance; it’s faster and easier for the client, and it eliminates the need for me to chase payments whilst reducing the likelihood of ‘no shows.’

Please note that a date cannot be secured without payment in advance, though I will tentatively hold a date for x1 business day for payment to be made.

After establishing an ongoing relationship, a payment plan or alternative method can be arranged for subsequent sessions if desired.

Can I get a refund?

If you do not arrive for your session or sessions the payment made is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you change your mind after paying for a package in full, prior to the services being rendered, you have up to 14 days to contact me to request a refund.

If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with the service rendered, please contact me within 24 hours to discuss how I can make it better. My aim is for you to be absolutely delighted by your experience!

How do I schedule an appointment?

After you’ve successfully made an online payment, I will receive an automatic notification that you’ve paid. I’ll then reach out to you via email within 24 hours to book you in for your session!

If in the unlikely event you have not yet heard from me after 1 business day, please get in touch ASAP and we’ll get you booked in!

I’ll also send you an appointment reminder in the days leading up to your booking with all the relevant information (including appointment time, location, what to bring, etc.)

What if I'm late?

Please do make every effort to be on time for your booking. Whilst I leave ample time between clients to ensure a seamless experience for my customers, if you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment time it may not be possible to proceed with your appointment or we may need to cut it short.

For every 15 minutes of delay when a Client is late for the scheduled time, a late fee of £20.00 will be charged or if the scheduled service exceeds the allotted time because of the Client delays.

What if I can't make it?

If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, the booking payment is non-refundable. Clients can contact me at least 48 hours prior to the booking time to re-schedule a new date and time.

Does my booking expire?

Any advance payments made for services or gift certificates must be booked within 1 year; otherwise the fee will be forfeited.
